*During the months of November & December please allow extra fulfillment time.  Also, any products purchased after November 1st will be considered a Holiday gift and therefore unworn items can be returned and exchanged until January 15th.  Happy Holidays!

Returns Policy
We understand that ordering online can be tricky. As we build our online business, your trust is extremely important to us. We live by the motto '100% customer satisfaction!'  You may return items for a full refund for any reason. 

Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. A postage label will be emailed (or shipped back to you with an exchange) to you to return (or exchange) the unwanted item(s). *US only.  After receipt of the product(s), a full refund will be issued. RETURN POSTAGE LABELS are valid for ONE WEEK.

*Personalized items are nonrefundable.


Items ship within 1-3 business days of your order. Our goal is always to get you your product to you as soon as possible.

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are estimated for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on that shipping type, generally First Class (2-4 days) vs. Priority (1-3 days), shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.  

Please also note that the shipping rates are based on weight & distance. To reflect the policies of USPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
